  • When should I expect my delivery to arrive?
We ship anywhere within the US with a 1-3 day processing time on all orders. Depending on where you are located, shipping will take anywhere from 5-10 days. You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping notification email you will receive once your order ships.
  • Will I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
Yes, either you or a person over the age of 18 that you designate must be present to accept the product(s). You are able to specify a delivery window with us that works for you!
  • Will you take away my old furniture upon delivery?
Yes! We offer a free furniture hauling service to get rid of the old furniture you’ll be replacing with your new CASAVELVET pieces.
In many cases, we cannot haul off your old furniture. However, please contact your retail store for more details to find out if this is an option for your area.
  • Can your delivery crew move existing products in my home?
Of course! If some light rearranging is needed upon delivery, our crew can take care of that for you.
  • Why should I choose in store pick up?
In store pick up is a great option for those who might want to get an in person look at their piece before purchasing or get additional expert advice from one of our retail employees. It’s also a convenient option for those who have too busy a schedule to wait at home during a delivery window.
  • How will I know when to pick up my items?
One of our retail store employees will reach out to you once your item is ready for pick up, and you can schedule a date and time that works for you to come by!

You will need to bring your order pickup confirmation as well as your ID.
  • What can I expect when I arrive to pick up my order?
You can expect a team of helpful CASAVELVET employees to greet you, go over your order with you, and load your item(s) into your vehicle for you.
  • Can I have someone else pick up my order?
You can designate another person over the age of 18 to pick up your order for you. Just specify this person when you schedule your pickup and remind them to bring along a photo ID.
  • What if something comes up and I can’t pick up my order on the scheduled day?
No problem! Just call your local CASAVELVET store to reschedule your pickup date and time.
  • Can I have my furniture assembled upon in store pick up?
Of course! Our team will be happy to assemble any furniture that has been purchased through in store pickup.
This depends on the item you have purchased and the size of your vehicle. We are happy to offer free in store assembly for any items that can safely fit inside your vehicle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide in store assembly of any items upon in store pickup.
  • What if I find an item that I want to pick up that is not available at my local store?
We’ve got you covered. If you find an item online that is not in stock at your local store, simply give them a call and our team will order the item to that location for you to pick up. Once your order arrives at your local store, you will receive a call from one of our team members to schedule your pickup!

  • How do I choose in store pickup for my items on the website?
Upon checking out you will find options for home delivery and in store pickup. Simply select in store pickup as your preferred delivery method.
